    Setup & verification.

    License documentation, insurance, background checks, and the Google Guarantee process. We coach you through it and re-submit when needed.

    Ongoing monitoring.

    We keep an eye on the account so anomalies — sudden drops in lead volume, suspicious spend spikes, profile suspensions — don’t sit silently for weeks.

  3. iii.

    Lead & keyword review.

    Each cycle we review the leads you got, the searches that triggered them, and tune the categories, service areas, and keyword set so the next cycle is sharper.

    Negative keywords.

    The unsexy work that protects your spend — filtering out the searches you never wanted to pay for in the first place.

    Dispute work.

    Wrong-fit, spam, and uncompleted leads get disputed on your behalf. Done consistently, this puts real money back in your pocket every month.

    Basic monthly reporting.

    A short, plain-English summary at the end of each month — lead volume, spend, cost-per-lead, disputes won, what we changed, and what we’ll try next. Two minutes to read, no spreadsheets to decode.

A few things sit outside the $300.

Ad spend goes directly to Google, on a monthly budget you set. We help you set it sensibly and revise it as we learn, but it’s not bundled into our fee.

Multi-location accounts are quoted case-by-case after a short discovery call. Two or three locations is usually a small adjustment; ten is a different kind of project.

Brand & logo support is available alongside this work — useful when your profile photos or creative could use a refresh, or if you don’t yet have a clean logo. We’ll quote it separately if and only if it’s actually needed.

Multi-location accounts are quoted after a short discovery call. Ad spend is separate and goes directly to Google. We’ll help you set a sensible monthly budget and revisit it as the data comes in.

Is the ad spend included in the $300/month?

No. The $300/month covers our management — setup, monitoring, optimization, keyword review, dispute handling, and reporting. Your ad spend goes directly to Google on a budget you set, separately from our fee.

What about multi-location businesses?

Multi-location work is quoted case-by-case after a discovery conversation. Each location is its own profile, with its own budget and its own disputes — so the time involved scales accordingly. We’ll give you an honest, written number before any work begins.

Do I need a website to run Local Services Ads?

No. LSA runs through Google directly — calls and messages come straight to your phone. That said, a solid Google Business Profile and a real website both help conversion, and we can handle either or both.

Can you also help with our logo or brand?

Yes. Brand and logo support are available alongside the LSA work — useful if your profile photos and creative could use a refresh, or if you don’t yet have a clean mark to use. We’ll quote it separately and only if it’s actually needed.

How long does it take to start seeing leads?

Verification can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on your category and how quickly the documentation comes back from Google. Once you’re live and Google-Guaranteed, leads typically start within days. We tell you honestly what to expect for your specific category up front.
