Neighbor Digital LLC (“Neighbor Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Wyoming limited liability company that designs, builds, and maintains websites and related digital services. You can reach us at hello@neighbordigital.co (or whichever address is published on the Site).

We try to collect only what we need.

a. Information you give us directly. When you fill out a contact form, schedule a consult, sign up for our newsletter, or email us, you may share:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Business or organization name
  • Website URL
  • Project details, goals, budget, timeline
  • Anything else you choose to include in a message

b. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect your IP address and approximate location; browser type, device type, and operating system; pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, and referring URL; and cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookies section below).

c. Information from clients during a project. If you become a client, we may also receive content, brand assets, account credentials, analytics access, and other materials necessary to perform the work, governed by our Client Services Agreement and any signed Statement of Work.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations
  • Provide, perform, and support our services
  • Send you proposals, invoices, project updates, and service-related emails
  • Send marketing emails or our newsletter, if you have opted in (you can opt out at any time)
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information.

iv.How we share it

Who else
sees this.

We share information only as needed to run the business:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as web hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, payment processing (Stripe), bookkeeping, and customer relationship tools. These vendors are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
  • Our team and contractors, including independent contractors who help deliver client work, under confidentiality and IP-assignment obligations.
  • Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to lawful requests, enforcing our agreements, or protecting rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case information would transfer subject to this Policy.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

v.Payments

How
payments work.

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay an invoice, your payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe’s handling of your information is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

vi.Email and SMS

If you opt into our email list or receive transactional or project emails from us, we will only send what you have agreed to. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We do not currently send marketing SMS without separate, affirmative consent.

vii.Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, keep the Site secure, and understand how it is used. We may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic in aggregate.

You can control cookies through your browser settings or, where available, an on-site cookie banner. If you opt out of analytics cookies, some features may not work as intended.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (CCPA), the EU/UK GDPR, or similar laws, including:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt-out of “sale” or “sharing”: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Withdraw consent: unsubscribe from emails or revoke consent where consent was the basis for processing.
  • Non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information, including HTTPS/SSL on the Site, access controls on internal systems, and a password manager for shared credentials. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

we keep it.

We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our services, run the business, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
