No. We never ask for your login. We use Google's official manager-access flow — you grant us access from inside your own account, and you can revoke it any time with one click. We're a manager, never an owner.
Suspensions usually happen from violations: keyword-stuffed business names, fake addresses, virtual offices, prohibited categories. We don't do any of that. Done correctly, optimization makes a profile more compliant, not less.
Sometimes. Suspensions for fixable causes (an address mismatch, an old phone number, a category change) we can usually appeal. Suspensions for serious violations (keyword stuffing, fake locations) often require the profile to be rebuilt from scratch. We'll diagnose for free before quoting.
For most local businesses, yes. When someone Googles "plumber near me" or "dentist Iloilo," the map pack appears above the regular search results. If your Google Business Profile is thin, unverified, or missing, the prospect never sees your website at all.
Yes. Setup is $395 per location. For chains or multi-site practices we'll discuss a discount and a unified description framework so the locations don't accidentally compete with each other.
Never. We coach you on a real review request flow — when to ask, how to ask, what platforms to send people to — and we'll help you respond to existing ones. Fake reviews are against Google's terms of service and they get profiles permanently banned. We won't put a client at that risk.
